Received my 4'X6' rug in a tight plastic bag that fit easily in my mailbox. I was expecting a carpet, not a winkled piece of sponge imprinted with a design. I reached out to the 3rd party company & they told me to soak it in a tub of water to get the winkles out. Needless to say this is not what I was expecting & I opted for a refund. They said that would be fine but I had to ship it back to the manufacturer in Vietnam. USP postage to return the $85 item was over $200. Obviously not worth returning but they did agree to give me a 30% refund for inconveniences. The quality is so poor that I would not display this in my home. Not sure what I can do with this large spongy mat. This is a lesson well learned. Beware of this manufacturer!
